Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).

2. If the proposal is accepted, either full papers AND/OR presentation slides can be submitted.

   For papers, the submission file is in Open Office Writer, Microsoft Word, or RTF file format.

   For presentations, the submission file is in Microsoft Powerpoint or Open Office Impress format.

3. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.

4. For papers, the text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
